Nasser Saidi is an economist and founder of Nasser Saidi & Associates, advising governments, central banks, financial institutions and businesses across the MENA region. He previously served as Lebanon’s Minister of Economy and Trade and Minister of Industry, as well as First Vice-Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon. He was also Chief Economist of the Dubai International Financial Centre and has held academic positions at leading universities including the University of Chicago and the University of Geneva. Dr. Saidi is also the founder and Chair of the Clean Energy Business Council MENA and has served on several international advisory bodies, including the UN Committee for Development Policy.
