Ilias Suvanov
Analyst, Office of the Chief Economist MENAAP, The World BankIlias Suvanov is an analyst in the Office of the Chief Economist, Middle East, North Africa, Afghanistan, and Pakistan at the World Bank. He specializes in comprehensive Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs), spanning from design to evaluation, alongside machine learning and geospatial analysis for development economics. Prior to his current role, Ilias earned his Master's degree in Data, Economics, and Development Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in a program jointly developed by J-PAL. He also holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from the Higher School of Economics and a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Donghua University.
